Love, love, love this hotel filled with apartment suites. Thank you to Shanice, Jes and Bipin who made our stay just perfect. We didn't want to leave!! Booked a two bedroom apartment suite for the last two nights of a long holiday to Australia and New Zealand. Loved the comfy corner apartment suite. Amazing views with floor to ceiling windows in the master, living room, kitchen and dining room which opened onto a huge ninth floor balcony with an outdoor dining room and a couple of extra chairs for lounging. Kitchen was fully stocked. Electric kettle for making tea. Nespresso machine for making coffee. Water dispenser in the full sized fridge. Even had a washer and dryer in the bathroom. So nice to sit outside with a breakfast buffet brought up from the downstairs cafe. They provided bags to be filled with generous servings of croissants, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, peanut butter, fresh fruits, pastries, and sliced meats (for those interested). Fresh juices, milk, lattes, cappuccinos and hot chocolate were also available. The granola was so good mixed with the yogurt. The Lamington cake was soooo good. Butter cake sliced into squares is rolled into dessicated coconut. It is a popular treat in New Zealand and Australia. So addictive. Even the little birds flew up to enjoy any tasty crumbs that fell on the balcony floor. Location, location, location. Nice to be close to the heart of the city with a quiet location next to Victoria Park. 10-15 minute walk to the Central Business District, museums and the Sky Tower. Seemed to be an $8-10 Uber ride almost anywhere that we needed to go if it was raining. (Note: one mean Uber driver refused to take my dad due to his rollator-I think that was the only mean person we met on our trip to New Zealand.) Victoria Park was a walk and just across the street. Crossing lanes right next to the hotel at the corner. A nice way to unwind after a busy day exploring Auckland. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Very central stay, opposite a lovely park. Lovely views of park and city depending on your room selection. We stayed in one Bed Appartment with City Views. Very clean, all amenities, very large apartments. Nice cafes and restaurants located beside these apartments "The Coffee Shop" for breakfast in particular the best we had on our recent trip to both North and South Islands. Parking available on site for a fee, or if you have hired a car for collection in the downtown location, these Apartments are located right next door to most care rental companies, Avis car rentals etc...

The central location, staff efficiency and friendliness were all excellent. Plus the room was huge and well equiped with great views of the city and surrounds. Fantastic that such an above average property was pet friendly and you would never know as they charge plenty to deep clean after any pets. There was an issue with another room starting a noisy party, but the front hotel team shut it down quickly and professionally. Highly recommend. Check in is a small cafe :) great meeting place and dual role of hotel team and facilities.

Room was very clean on arrival, and we were so impressed with what looked to be an upgrade from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom room - kids were so pleased to have their own room and we honestly had the best sleep in those beds, very comfy! The room itself we could tell was nice and clean.

Millie

Good view from the balcony to the sky tower, walking distance to CBD. Big supermarket nearby. Not all staff were kind. Guess it was a long day for that staff and he wasn‘t in his best mood when we had some issues to solve.
